酒店闹中取静并且带有小厨房 自己煮东西吃很方便；靠近仁寺洞 可步行至景福宫 韩屋村 距离明洞和东大门还是有点距离 打的起步费；由于是酒店式公寓 所以基本是自助服务。
房間大溫最早餐好豐富好好味設施齊全克服也很尊業有禮

We went there for SEOUL MARATHON and it's only about 600m away from the starting point with quite some cafes and nice restaurants in the neighborhood. Our room was huge with a washing machine and many facilities by hand. We will definitely come back again should we get a place in Seoul Marathon next year!

Leave the "Please tidy up room" sign on the door, but the room still wasn't cleaned after I came back at around 2pm. Was tired after the marathon race and would like to have a shower, but no new towel replaced. Called and waited for around 10 minutes before the staff provided new ones.

性價比算是不錯，最基本的設施都有，房內有煮食設備是比較特別，適合行程內需要煮東西的朋友，例如要跑馬拉松要一早吃早餐的我。 本身早餐不錯。 交通有少許不便，要走幾分鐘，到鍾國站(1號線)會比到橙色線的安國站方便，因為能到的點多。首爾地鐵換乘很痛苦的說。
有家的感覺，早餐豐富，GYM ROOM和其他設施齊全，還有個小庭園值得拍照留念！
舒適, 估不到有煮食工具
早餐肉食全部是便宜的精制肉
位置佳，靠近仁寺洞及地鐵，方便購物，房間舒適，設備足，有洗衣機非常方便，酒店內的餐廳食物亦不錯。最可惜是房內不設免費wifi上網。房間冷氣不足，需要要求酒店提供冷氣機遙控器才可開啟冷氣。

這間公寓式飯店很棒，房間大、有廚房、餐具齊全、洗衣機、冰箱（大）我推薦各位來住、價位算合理
房間寬敞，周邊生活機能高，房費內含早餐，但為簡易餐點選擇不多，餐廳位子較少，用餐高峰時間會有沒有位子的狀況。
很喜歡這家酒店的位置，距離機場巴士以及地鐵都很靠近，房間內有微波爐大冰箱~超棒!

I love the location of Somerset Palace and it gives a good value for the money. But my second stay this time after 2018 is somewhat disappointing as the facilities show signs of aging and room furniture need to be upgraded in certain rooms. Breakfast option, if it is incorporated into room charges, has a decent value. It is not a typical hotel in many aspects particularly as rooms are quipped with little kitchen/microwave oven/washer-dryer. I find this advantageous.

The Somerset Palace Hotel is where I always stay when I visit Seoul. It has the facilities I need, the location is good, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I hope to stay there again soon.

Was too noisy due to demonstrations going on throughout night for about 3-4 nights; no fault of hotel though. Hotel is getting rather old; needs upgrading or renovations. Convenient for providing breakfast & its location. Facilities like swimming pool or communal bath not open or available. As for recommendations, half way either way. Staffs were nice though. Need a wall clock & provide a bigger bins; they were too tiny.

The hotel had complete kitchen, water treatment. Close to Gyeongbokgung Palace, they have convenience store downstairs and cafes, near bus station and train. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very helpful. 👍👍

It was the great place for family. However the breakfast menu was same for 7 days which was not very exciting. They could serve at least different fruits.

Very nice hotel with great location that close to all main attraction

The facility is a bit run down but still elegant. The room is dusty specifically under the bed and under the sofa. The windows are also spoiled plus the heater. It could either burn you or it's cold all the way. We ended up using the bathtub to fill the water with both extremely hot water and cold water. Although the staff are amazing!! They speak clear and fluent English. They are fast, reliable and very attentive. They will help you with whatever you need. They even helped us find our way around the area by helping us in booking taxi.

Overall stay is great. They gave us the best view and level for both of our stays. Staff are extremely helpful, excellent English communication, and fast enough to answer our requests. The only downside is our bathroom heater in room 1606 as it keeps on fluctuating temperature while in use

Great room for the price. Seoul is expensive. To get a suite of this size is much more expensive. Nothing fancy but functional. Full kitchen and washing machine. Breakfast might be ok for a Korean, not good for foreigner. Location is great for tourists. Not bad fitness center.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Somerset! The rooms are spacious and suited our needs, and the location is a good launching point for exploring Seoul. Our only complaint might have been the check in process, which can become quite backed up when there are many guests arriving at the same time...but other than that it was fantastic!

It’s been 5th or 6th stay for me over the years. I stayed all different types of rooms with different views except studio rooms. But this room 904 was quite disappointing. Room was smelly, timber floor was covered with blackened scratch marks, bathroom door had water damage, door latch was damaged, wall paper was so old not like other rooms. Also had to make phone call to fix set-top box to watch TV. I had late check in after the troublesome journey so I was too tired to talk about the room condition with someone so I accepted my bad luck.

I did not realize my room came complete with a small cooktop and refrigerator as well as an iron and ironing board. These days fewer hotels provide all of the above. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the location is very convenient if you are a tourist. It’s not that far from the subway and quite close to several excellent sites to see!

Good location near many sights. Free carpark. Free breakfast. Large room with real kitchenette. Very happy with my stay. Sadly hot tub on roof closed during winter, which is the best time to be in one.

Traveled with my 10 year old. Somerset is close to most places we wanted to visit, Insadong, Gyeongbok Palace, Changdeok Palace, Jongro area, Myeongdong shopping area, Gwanghwamun area. The building is dated, but the room was comfortable and I loved having the kitchenette. The swimming pool is very shallow and mostly for small children. The rooftop garden is nice and you can see the Blue House.

Room is big and clean. near to insadong street. Need to walk a little to nearest metro station. If you wanna have quiet stay, it’s suitable to choose this hotel.
